Another great quote – however one that I struggle with in praxis. Getting to a consensus is often a challenge, time-consuming, and sometimes seems impossible. What helps me most in such instances is discussing the why and what we want to achieve. Often it is possible to find a common baseline, which helps agree on a general direction and bring everyone to the table.
