As new year resolutions go I decided to look into quotes that inspire me and give me some food for thought. I want to make this a habit – so to keep me accountable I will post the quote I picked for the week with a short brain dump of my thoughts – here the one I picked for this week:

I love this quote – management for me is the technical aspect that focuses on systems, structure and processes. Leadership however is focusing on people, vision and change. Leadership starts within yourself and radiates outwards. It demands that you take the right actions and show integrity.
