I really like the idea behind the quote – You should always try to build others up, give them room to grow, and let them take over more responsibility. There might come a time when you are no longer in the team and it is your responsibility to groom everyone for long-term success.
Aside from succession, I love the idea of having amazing talents around you that are so good that you are basically out of a job 😀
