Nothing rubs me the wrong way more than if I hear “Oh, this is how we always did it”. Don’t get me wrong new is not always better, however, if you are stuck or don’t get the results that you want then you need to look closely at what you do and change it. Don’t be afraid of change – change and uncertainty is always an opportunity to thrive.
