As a leader, you are touching and are touched by many lives. I believe this is what makes it exciting. It is up to you, how you create this experience. My personal goal is to create as many positive experiences as possible while navigating the challenges and conflicting priorities in business.
Honestly, I find this hard and there are days and encounters in which I mess up from time to time. In those instances, it helps me to remind myself that in the end, it is all about human connection.
