Luckily I think learning is fun as I love to absorb new information and play around. I believe continuous learning makes sure your brain retains plasticity and which helps you to adapt points of view.
The world is complex and ever-changing – believing you know everything will simply hold you back.
Leadership and management are often glorified… reality is that it can be quite tough as you deal with people and by extension with emotions and sometimes conflicting needs from a business perspective.
Staying humble and focusing on learning helps me to better manage myself and others.
No matter how much you experience and learn there is always more to discover – I think this is just amazing 🙂
